There is a thriving art community in Brooklyn, New York and I always wanted to be a part of that. Last winter, I made a vist to the Big Apple to check out what they have to offer. I didn’t think I was going to live in New York since it does have the rightly deserved reputation of being one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in. However, during my visit, I visited all the museums that New York has to offer, including the legendary Metropolitan Museum of Art. I fell in love the city right then and there. Plus, I also met that thriving art community I mentioned earlier. After listening to their experiences, I decided I wanted to make the move. This summer, I will be moving to New York City and begin my life as a New Yorker.
