Everyone thinks that Construction Management Jobs are easy to come by. This could not be further from the truth. People who get these positions have experience and education. When you are thinking of leaving school and going into construction, you should think twice before leaving.

In order to obtain a job with more responsibility you must be more educated. You can work in the trade and get experience that way but lets face it, it would take years to learn what you need to know to become a part of management. Just a year or two of business would help you achieve a better job and a year or two of engineering will give you a better job and better pay.

Students who quit school and start in construction are in for a hard job for the rest of their lives. The more you use your head instead of your hands, the easier your life will be and the further you will go in life.
